| On January 29, Channel 253 is hosting a free screening of Peace Queen, the half-hour documentary about Melannie’s trip to Norway as a recipient of the Tacoma Peace Prize.
The short film was made locally and aired this past weekend on KBTC. Here’s a trailer for the film.
We’ll be at the Grand Cinema for the screening. Afterward, there will be a discussion of the film that will be recorded for the What Say U? podcast with Audrey Cunningham, Melannie Denise Cunningham, and the filmmakers.
As usual, we give members first crack at RSVP’ing.
